Hewitt China TCM Study
Hewitt China’s Total Compensation Measurement™ (TCM) serves more than 2,800 companies across 21 cities in China. TCM studies and reports include all compensation components including fixed pay, short- and long-term incentives, benefits and perquisites, across management, professional and non-professional jobs across a broad range of industries.
2008 Study Results Sharing in December
Findings from the 2008 local and expatriate studies will be released in September and December (respectively), and there will be an event held on this topic by the French Chamber.

Lindsay Oliver - Rewards Consultant Hewitt
Lindsay has been a rewards consultant with Hewitt Shanghai for over the last 2 years.
Lindsay's expertise is in compensation and total rewards strategy design for foreign companies in the China market. She helps to conduct Hewitt's local city and industry salary studies across China and is also well versed in expatriate compensation and benefits trends, leading Hewitt’s annual expatriate, china hire, and returnee C&B benchmarking study. She frequently delivers presentations around China on talent and rewards trends.
Prior to joining Hewitt, Lindsay worked for a Hong Kong multinational company in a similar capacity, working across both human resources and marketing functions. She has been living and working in China for 5 years.
